    I just ran across this tread today and started reading every thing that your doing and kind of curious to see how it works for you I have a 01 xcab and wanting to kind of the same thing to it.

    you should make a build thread of what your build includes, what the dyno numbers are, an track times oh an lots of pics of the build an videos of it running.

    oh i will have numbers posted for sure once its all up and running, dynoed, and tracked. Hoping for at least high 13s and around 400 rwhp & tq. I haven't been able to take many pictures cuz my camera is broken. maybe I can snap some camera phone pics sometime.

    Got my x-link 2.1 in the mail the other day



    Also got some of these made

    Kind of Z28 camaro style font.

    I should be able to go by the machine shop later this week and snap some pictures of the motor.

    This has probably been covered elsewhere many times, but for the comp 918 springs, can I use the stock retainers off my 243 heads that had the yellow springs originally?
