    Chevy High Performance did a truck to LS6 to FAST 90 comparo back in 04 or 05. Might ask someone at NP since they were involved in some of the LS testing the magazine did back then.

    get the LS6 cam and you can feel the pull up high

    anyone knows if i can use the stock truck 5.3 trottle body with the ls1 or ls6 intake...??? will it idle fine?

    Didn't the OP use the truck TB on the LS6 intake? Or did I miss something?

    On another note - a guy over at performancetrucks.net did this swap on a 6.0 and he said he used a water pump from a 2007 and up truck. Apparently the pulley is wider on those?

    The pump is different...more flat like the Y and F pump but I'm not sure the pulley is wider.
