My o2s started out with left bank in crossover tube. That crap didn't work too well. Finally got to speak to Allen Nelson instead of emailing and he instantly new what was wrong. Moved left bank into down pipe and put wide band into crossover. Now truck runs good but wide band in not accurate according to AEM. So I gotta move it.

yeah gotta find the bung and move it. Drill the hole weld it in etc etc etc. It'd help if I could crap an extra 12hours of time a day.

Got home from NASCAR early so I washed the cars and then tinkered on the project truck for a little while. New O2 sensors went in. Put some wiring loom over the wires for the electric fans. Fabricated a charge pipe from the turbo to the intercooler. I welded all the joints but one so there is a little adjustability. The one joint not welded connects via a silicone hose. Maybe I'll work on the pipe from the intercooler back to the intake tomorrow if we get home early enough. There will be triple the people there tomorrow and it may take a lot longer getting out of the place, plus the race is just flat out longer. FN Kyle Busch

Good news today, the truck roared to life! Engine runs very nice, no unusual noises, no clicking or ticking, 60psi oil, nice well maintained water temp during idle for 30 minutes, fans came on when they should, it did everything I expected it to do. Just a few more little things and it will be ready to go to its new home.

There are a few codes to be fixed in the PCM but the only ones that came on are related to removing the MAF sensor. The master tuner will disable them and also turn off the transmission pressure control malfunction code since there isn't a pressure control module in there any more.
