    6.0 swap?

    Not sure if its worth it so figured Id ask on here, got a chance to buy a 2000 6 liter for $700. the motor is complete. worth it?

    Probably worth it. How many miles, is it in good running condition? Count on upgrading your tranny because that 6.0 will destroy a stock 4l60.

    Yeah if you don't have to open it up at all it's worth that IMO. Your tranny will hold up for a while if you don't drag race it all the time. I'm putting 450LB torque to mine with just increased pressure and shift points.

    its got 114k on it. all up and running in a wrecked truck, and its local. and yeah I do plan on beefing up the tranny, I actually just replaced it cause it went.

    I'd buy it and do a quick rebuild on it. Just to make sure everything was freshened up.

    I'd just put in a cam and run it. You can always rebuild it in a couple years/ Maybe platigauge the mains if you're worried
