    Mounting PCM

Where/how do you all mount the ECM/PCM? Is there a bracket available for under hood mounting?

The Camaro has a PCM mount that is pretty good. There might be more.

01 gmc has a mounting bracket that mounts it on the frame horn, or just make your own mounting bracket

    I used one off a 2000+ model s10/s15.
Mounted it on my inner fender, worked out good.
    Check local boneyards or ebay.

I did the same as PCMCOBRA, the S10, PCM mount is a tray with
a strong snap lock. Mounted my on the inner fender r/side.

There only about $20.00 from Chevy

so...are they covered up? or sre they just connected to the tray and plugged in? I dont plan on going mudding or forging through a river so it wont really get wet but moisture will always be around.

No it's an open tray. But the PCM is a sealed unit and mositure
    shouldn't effect it.

A lot of PCM's that are mount under the hood now days aren't
    covered.
