I had asked before about a scratching noise coming from the front. I did an inspection this past weekend and couldnt find anything hitting the rotors. Can it be a bad CV axle? I had the torsion cranked up pretty good, and it looks like most of the grease leaked out.

Could be. I would also check your hub.
Have you had any ABS or traction lights come on?

Turn up the radio.jk Hope you get it figured out. I know that noises can drive you crazy. I just delt with one last week. My truck made a loud thud sound everytime that I hit a bump, like a shock was bottoming out. Ended up being my back seat wasnt hooked and my sub was banging it into the back off the truck. Weird.

Do you have a way to get all 4 wheels off the ground? If so put it in 4 wheel drive with the front wheels off and pin point it.

Sounds like a wheel bearing to me but you said you already replaced that.
