A little touch of milky oil

I have been trying different Pcv setups, and ever since I put the breather filters on, I have noticed a waxy oily buildup on the breather filter. looks like leftover cooking grease. There isn't a lot of it, but it has become clear that I need a catch can. I go to check the oil tonight and I about crapped myself. I spotted a little bit of milk on the end of the dipstick. First thing I thought was, blown head gasket. I looked at the fill cap and it had a little yellow on it. I looked at the coolant and its fine.
I looked around on the Net and found that sudden cooler weather can cause this. temp dropped about 30 degrees. And having the little filters could let condensation in as well.
I also read it might be crappy oil. I brought the dipstick inside to get a pic of it and the milky went away. tried again and it did the same thing.
WTF?!?!?! I'm sure its something stupid, but lately i keep getting false alarms. I'm thinking a catch can will fix it, but what do y'all think?

Got camera to work. Looked inside the oil fill tube... Didnt like what I saw. Scraped some out with my finger, it feels like vasoline, or crisco. White in color. WTF is going on? is it possible that it got overfilled? Bunk oil? I just dont want to say its the head gaskets until all else is ruled out. Doesnt over heat. Coolant level is fine. I think it maybe my new filters on the pcv for the valve covers.

I think you got major problems. Usually you will have just a small amount of white when temp change and high humidity. Even then, it will be at the high points in motor. Oil cap, PCV, etc, not down in the pan. Check coolant, what does it look like. Or you can go to a place that runs emissions, have them put the sniffer where the rad cap would be, but don't let it touch the coolant. Anything above like 30 for Hydrocarbons (can't remember exact name) and you got a bad head gasket.

It's normal to see this type of build up on the oil cap and under the valve covers., especially when there is a humid cold front. That being said I cannot remember seeing this much in an otherwise healthy engine. Then again, I've never removed the PCV system on anything. I'm sure that is related to your issued. The only other bad sign is milky look on the dipstick. Most times the normal amount of this won't show on the stick.

not good. Too much HHO going into the manifold at idle and it cant push it out so it goes past the rings into the oil?

Maybe water is mixing in with the oil some how from the HHO kit. Water and oil don't mix, I would do an oil change asap, and use a good oil. Also you might want to take the valve covers off and see if there is any type of build up on in there.
