    New Guy from Gainesville

    Hey Guys, Names Gavin got my truck about a year ago been workin on the engine mostly, seein how fast i could make it go by myself so ive put on everything so far hoping to be able to add some new things to it like LS1 heads with some holo stems valves in next, well glad to be apart of LS1truck.com

    actaully ya what do u think would be better since u work with nelson tuning im thinking of trying to get a nelson tune should i put evething on then tune or should i tune it now and then put everything on???? thx

    haha good one TX welcome to the site gavin melissa is right though these guys know what the hell they are talking about and there are plenty of step by step threads to help with DIY projects, just dont ask me unless its a basic questionlike how to put on lambo doors or gears haha

    Welcome to LS1truck! Any pics?
    It all depends on how the truck runs with your mods on the stock PCM. Since your cam is not to radical, it should idle and run pretty well... I put my mods on and then did a tune. Some people do the opposite. If you start out with a stock truck, I would recommend doing a tune first thing. But with the amount of mods you currently have, you can do a tune now. Once you get a tune, there are free updates--you pay shipping--so you can go ahead and update your tune later on once everything else is installed.
