    New gauge cluster?

I have a 2004 GMC sierra and my insterment cluster is going out I think. Everyday now I have to tap in it to get it ti turn on and some times I can have it working just fine and be driving around and it will shut off then right back on....

Basically I'm asking what my options are since idk much about them. I'm down for buying a whole new one . But if I do I wanto get one with a trans temp gauge. I found some on eBay with the trans gauge with the 140 speedo and I like those but I have no idea what are comparable or if there's a less expensive route than 450 plus a 200 refundable core charge? Thanks for the help guys keep truck's and happy holidays

It seems like my cluster messing up has alot to do with the speedo motor due to the fact that now it only works if I wiggle the needle for like 5mins is that a issue anyone else has ever had?

It's the stepper motors. $5-$10 each on ebay. you can get the gauge pod cheaper than $650! and while it's off you can add what ever color lights you want!

    Has trans temp.

You could always send it to this guy.... http://www.gmgaugeguy.com/
He can repair it and do an LED conversion in almost any color. Lifetime warranty too.
