New guy from Pittsburgh, PA

[Bravada 442]

Hi everyone. I'm Sean from Pittsburgh. I currently have a 87 S10 Blazer that I'm swapping in a LT1 out of a 95Imp SS and I'm also doing some preliminary research into some sort of LSx based motor to go into my 1987 Chevy Suburban.


The Suburban is bagged up front, flip kit with a 2.5" notch in the rear. Only has about 67k on the clock, but the motor is starting to make me nervous with how it is acting (the warmer it is outside, the more it wants to stall when its sitting at a stoplight). Anyways, figured I want to do a Gen III engine, so I might as well get my information together, since I have a friend with a GM only salvage yard that is really knowledgeable about all the LSx stuff.
