Thread: 4 inch or 6 inch

    on my 77 im putting a ls2 in im going to either put a 4inch lift off or a 6inch but the 6 is big on the chevelle what do u think about on a truck thoughts

    Project: 91' short wide:
    GMC front end update with billet grille and all clears, 17x8 & 17x11 Torq Thrust II's
    5/7 drop, almost totally shaved and 93 Deville tails

    I may be wrong, but I think he's talking about a 4" or 6" lift-off cowl hood . If that's the case, I'd go with the 4".
    New project truck:

    '00 ECSB 4wd, 5.3, 3" body lift, gap guards, 18x9 Moto Metal 951's, 305/60/18 Mickey Thompson MTZ's

    To-do list: Built rear end, 6.0 swap with built top end, 4L80e, and a couple bottles in the bed.

    You may be right. hell, maybe he's going to do a 4" or 6" lift cam.

    With all the other lifted trucks in his sig, I just figured he was talking suspension lift instead of the height of a cowl hood.

    4" you dont want to get too rediculous with things like that... But that ls2 is gonna burn some rubber.

    huston we have a lift off!!!
    cowl hood 4 inch.
    lift kit -4 inch. imo
