I had pretty good luck with them. I just left a message and they always called me back the same day. They did goof up my package, But called me and let me know about it a few days later. I would deal with them again.

I have no interest in leaving a message or even talking to them. I am only concerned with doing the right thing which is paying for the ORY which Texas speed sent me that Speed eng paid for before refunding my money. Screw up on someones part. I had already purchased another ORY from summit racing that has a store not to far from me. I returned it since that was a much easier return.I had pretty good luck with them. I think it is STUPID not to put good contact information on your website. I would never do business that way.

Ordered my stuff late friday night from them and its just now processing, with no confirmation email nothing, kinda shitty way to do business IMO. I dont understand why it takes 4 days to even start on my order, if it wasnt for the fact no one else makes teh autotrac 80e input gear adapter I would have gone elsewhere. Something just doesnt seem right about not putting your businesses phone number on your website.

Didnt know about it(or didnt look) but either way a "normal" business would have some other contact info other then an email address. Me personally I want to talk to a person not type some shit to someone who will take a couple days to get back to me. I paid for my stuff Friday night so that it would be here for this weekend and it is just now getting processed IMO thats pretty damn slow to throw a gear and a dipstick tube in a box. What if I wasnt on this site? I wouldnt have access to the info in the sticky, its just been a repeated problem for them on this site and multiple others by not having the "normal" contact info posted on their site. I appreciate what they have done for our truck community but it seems they need to do a bit of work on their CS. The thread that allstart posted got resolved simply for the fact that it was bad PR for them and decided to settle it, before Erik made a big deal about it they didnt want to do shit for him.
