I've completed an LS2 swap, but with an '05 LS2 from an SSR. Same motor thats in the Trailblazer.
I recommend getting a '01-'02 PCM/Wiring and not using the pcm/wiring that will come with the TBSS. Also, if its using the new PCM, you will need to swap the reluctor wheel on the crank if you do not use the new PCM as the crank signals are different between the two. Then you will need to relocate the knock sensors and get a cam sensor extension harness.
Other than that, its just like any other LSx swap.

New: 1998 K1500 with stock LS2 besides LQ9 truck intake and 8.1L Marine injectors. Dynotuned, 350rwhp, custom 3.5" exhaust, '02 F-Body Racetronix fuel pump setup. All wiring, exhaust, motor brackets done in shop.
