The map sensor isn't supposed to light up. We need more details, engine, transmission, year, were they a complete combination you purchased? Torque convertor clutch power to the transmission, do you have it wired to the brake pedal so that when you step on the brake you lose your 12v power source to it? Do you have drive by wire or cable? Did you replace the in-tank fuel pump with a high-pressure high-volume pump that supplies at least 58 psi to the fuel rails? Have you checked the fuel pressure. A little bit more information will help.

A little more info on what "i decided to get everything new" means would help a bit. Were you doing mods and this problem came up when you were done or have you had this problem before? Also, what do you mean by "The map censor is not aluminating that good"? If you could describe the background of what you started with and what parts you installed that will help people on this board give you a good answer.

Somthing to start with however... If you have an automatic transmission and you put it in gear and it dies, will it keep running if you two foot it (brake and throttle pedal)and feather the throttle? Do you have any vacuum hoses disconnected? A large vacuum leak will produce that particular symptom.

I know this sounds like a dumb question but.......

Are saying you bought all new sensors for the factory original 5.7L engine and now it dies?

Yeah, i bought all the new censors and the fuel filter (small one) along with new rotor cap cuz the one it had was original and it was pretty much gone, I was working on it today and now it Turns on and goes into gear but it only lasts like 2 minutes turned on then it shuts off by itself and i have to let it sit for a bit in order to get it going again.

What are you not telling us? Why did you replace all the sensors? Why did you start working on the truck? How was it running before you started to work on it? What sensors did you replace? Also, place a fuel presure gauge on the system (should be a bleed port you can hook up to) and read the pressure when running and up till it dies... any thing peculiar?
