I think i heard someone on here to use spray insulation in the door to help dampen the road noise. Has anyone tried this? Example would be in my rear doors since i have the extended cab.

i put spray in bedliner all on the inside of my truck, headliner everything and i sprayed it on the firewall and underneith it worked really well plus all that metal is like infinately sealed up
