Six-Pin Connector (and two-pin connector)

I just bought a 2006 6.0L (LQ4) engine to swap into another chassis. I subscribed to AllDataDIY to get all of the wiring diagrams and connector diagrams. Unfortunately though, they don't have the 2006 info posted yet, so I had to subscribe to the 2005 data, and there appears to be some differences.

I'm having trouble identifying three connectors comming from the engine harness. One is a six pin weatherpack with the following wires:

Red/Black (large)
Orange
Black (large)
Tan
Yellow
Light Blue/White

The other two appear to be identical one on each side of the engine. They are two-pin weatherpacks with a green and a black wire each.

Can anyone help me identify what these connectors should be connected to?

Hmm... where on this harness are the connectors located? Pics may help if you've got a digi-cam showing where they are.
