S10 SWAP -Got my 2001 5.3 & 4L60E home but want NV3500. Are these parts what I need ?

The yard where I bought my stuff is closed and I know the owner. He is crushing everything right now and is in the process of turning his inventory in to cores / scrap. The going rate for these is about $450 each and not easy to find. I think $400 for both is a good deal. I guess I will always have a backup !!!

I'm LS swapping my 2001 S10 xtreme with a 2006 5.3. I used my stock NV3500 with stock clutch and internal slave cylinder, but the clutch is burning. Do I need a different slave cylinder or a spacer? It also feel like the clutch isn't all the way disengaged with the clutch is pressed.
