I just joined the forum. I have a 1990 GMC Sierra SLE 2WD with a 350 K motor and 4l60.I have recently sourced a low mileage 04 5.3 LM7 and 4l60E out of a Suburban. I know I am not mechanic enough to do the swap myself with the wiring required so I have enlisted the help of a friend who does these conversions for a hobby in Raleigh, NC and will be taking the truck there on the 27th for the swap. I look forward to learning from the collective knowledge here.
