Engine dies on deceleration after warm up

I have a 5.3 that I swapped into my obs
I put an ls6 intake on the engine and swapped the cam.
I did have the ecm tuned for the cam. (mail order)

The truck runs and drives fine but once the truck has warmed up to temp, It will stall and die on deceleration. It will restart fine but when I come to a stop again, it will begin to stall and die.

I have this same issue if I rev the engine in park and try to let it to return to idle. I have to pat the gas pedal gently to get it to return to an idle.

I dont have any codes, I checked fuel pressure (58 psi)

I really need help diagnosing this problem.

Sometimes the throttle body blade is closed a little too much.
If you can scan tps and it is at 0% then you can adjust the set screw; open it a little.
This will allow more air during decel and idle.
Of course if all other things are functioning correctly.
