New from NH with an lq4!

hey guys, first post here and i will be picking up a 2001 lq4 on saturday to swap into my 96 chevy k1500. i am still looking for a 4l80e to put behind the 6.0, motor is complete with harness, 411, and fuse box. my plan for the motor is heads/cam, headstuds, trunion upgrade, ls3 timing chain and oil pump, longtubes, and a tune. i am undecided on the heads and cam but would like a bump in compression so i was thinking 243's, but if anyone has any suggestions i am all ears! also not having much luck with the longtubes since my truck is a 4x4 so also looking for suggestions there. for the harness i am thinking of using my black box PCM as a BCM and then using the 411 to control the lq4/4l80e. this is an awesome forum so far, and will be posting a build thread soon to keep all my progress and suggestions in one place.

here is the truck that i will be swapping...
