so im swapping a 5.3 and I want the hook a th400 to it. what all is needed as far as flex plate or adaptors and or any other parts

ive heard of some guys using the 6.0 flex plate and spacer with longer bolts and opening up the holes on the plate to fit the converter but its done more on the 4l60e that the th400
