Easiest thing for you to do is probably just send the computer off to be properly tuned. I hear Nelson does a good job and there are plenty of other reputable companies out there as well.

    P0405 is EGR
    P01418 is air pump
P0443, P0452 and P0449 are the evap system
P0200 is an injector circuit malfunction. This is why it runs bad. Could be as simple as bad wiring to one of the injectors or a bad injector driver in the ECM.
The others are just emissions codes that need to be turned off by the tuner.
    Hope that helped a little

    P0300 is random misfire code
P0332 is knock sensor 2 circuit low input.
The misfire code is more than likely because it's running bad and missing.
Check your wiring for the knock sensor and make sure it's all good.
Who did the harness or where did you get it.

I finished my swap a few weeks back of an '02 5.3 in my '94 obs. It was misfiring like crazy. Changed the plugs and wires. Still misfired. Check the coils with multimeter and all 8 were within specs. Turned out most of the injectors were clogged because the motor was sitting in a warehouse and the fuel lines were cut and not covered. I got 8 injectors from the u pull it junkyard. Clean them really well and all 8 cylinders are fire correctly. I did not have any codes though. But when checking the scanner and looking at bank 1 and 2 . Bank one showed that it dumping too much gas.
