94 silverado 4.3 to 5.3 swap

[1991SSP]

Started pulling 5.3 today. I left the factory harness plugged to motor but disconnected at the ECM and fuse block. Just to clarify, what will I need from this truck besides motor/tranny and ECM?

Got the motor tore down. Ordered the trunion upgrade for the rockers. Ordered new lifters with trays. Had to buy a cylinder head bc one of them was the castech 706 head. Picked it up for $100. Gonna take them and get em hot tanked. I've been researching on home porting and polishing. I plan on doing that as well. I will prolly order melling stock oil pump and cloyes timing set here soon as well.
