    intercooler kit

I'm wondering what size intercooler kit I should go with for a 76mm turbo that's going on a ls3. Prolly gonna push around 600 to the wheels hopefully so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I would guess a 3" core should be sufficient, however, you will want to get the biggest you can fit/afford as it will be key to keeping iats undercontrol and making sure its not a restriction. 18x11" core seems to be a popular size and is the size included in many popular kits. If you can fit a 24x12" that would be a great size.

I recommend this: CXRacing 31x12x3 Intercooler Kit ECLIPSE MUSTANG SUPRA off ebay. I DID NOT KEEP A/C. Its cheap and it works. Came with plenty of clamps, hose couplers and tubing. Although i needed a 90deg 3" to 4" for the manifold and a 4" to 4" for the turbo to air filter. It cost roughly $360 for me but thats cuz i live in Canada. Also check out my vid of the first start up haha: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kp_ezcIKQdM
