Hello all just wanted to check in and say hi. My name is Jeff and I am building a 1995 Toyota 4runner, I figured this was the place to be for truck performance LS based engines though I know you guys are more geared towards street performance. Im not really looking for a ton of power and unless I find a smoking deal on a 5.3 I will be using a 4.8, as it will still get me fuel mileage while pushing my 36 inch sand tires. Im really looking forward to starting in the next few days. I will be pulling the 3.slow out this week and doing some work to get the truck ready for the beach first ( undercoating etc.) before even thinking about getting ready for the engine.
I'll post some pics of the truck once I get to my pc.
