2005 5.3 swaP 2002 6.0 help

I have been lurking around this great site for a long wile.
But this is my first post...

I have a 2005 gmc 1500 with a 5.3 and the engine just blew (269k).
Ihave a 6.0 from a 2002 silverado.
Will the intake swap out?
Is there any thing i need to know for a swap?
Or should i just get a 5.3 for it?

It's a direct swap, computer will Evan work, but I'd get a retune done
