TBSS Intake Fittings ?

Have an 88 GMC Sierra Truck that I am throwing a LQ4 with TBSS intake into, and was wondering since I am adding the TBSS intake with Vette Filter what Russel fittings I will need to hook the filter both to the intake (which just slides on I believe or is there a better way?) and also coming from the gas tank. I am running all original fuel lines.

Thanks guys I have searched and cannot find the correct fitting sizes for this upgrade.
