NBS V6 oem Y-pipe fit on an '02 5.3 that is in an OBS ?

Hey guys as the title says, I am checking to see if an NBS 4.3 V6 Y-pipe is a direct bolt on to 2002 5.3 that I have swapped into my 1994 OBS work truck. I was at a u pull it junkyard, and there was a 2000 Silverado short bed single cab but with a V6. I am almost done with the swap and basically had to piece everything together. My old engine was a V6 4.3 tbi, but the complete exhaust system was rusted and not salvageable, except for the Y-pipe which is not going to work.
