    Hey guys if you were looking for different alternatives to the temp sender for the gauge I found a link that might help. I in no way am taking any credit for this just passing the info along.

    Thanks for the info. It will certainly help alot of guys out.

    For my swap, I ended up removing the block plug just above the starter, and installed my sender there. I re-threaded it to an M-16 thread. It works pretty well but I probably would have gone with this new info if I had it.

    your welcome. It was slow at work today so i decided to give it a try and i must say i think it came out pretty good. As long as it doesnt leak i will be all set

    Get some permatex high temp thread sealant and you should be good to go.
