Finally getting a fully built th400

Well I thought the th400 trans was over hyped after my first th400 broke,which what was supposed to be fully built to begin with. Come to find out it was basically a stock th400 with a manual valve body.no wonder it only lasted 250 miles...
Anyways I'm getting a completely new one by a well known local builder and can't wait to get it in and ready to tear some shit up!

Wait what? Wow that sucks and is very surprising. First complaint I have heard.

Hope it lasts for u zach. As i put no stock parts in ur 400. And it had a tci full manual valvebody. And theirs a first time for everything to break. Would like to know what new he put in it. And as stated before. I offered to fix for free. And pay shipping. First tranny ive had go bad in i dont know how many years.

I don't think a guy with 35 years of experience with building trans would lie to me.he also mentioned it had bad clearances etc etc too much bullshit , I just seen it personally.i was actually giving u the benefit of the doubt till the new builder opened up the trans and gave me the news.

...at least everyone that's been on this site for any amount of time knows that anything that comes out of Zach's mouth isn't worth half as much as that log you left in the toilet after breakfast this morning. Kenny is a honest stand up guy and I'm sure he'd be happy to build that tranny right there in front of you as you stand there and watch. When I bought a built tranny from a member on this site he offered to tear it down and verify that it was in fact built, FOR FREE. Once we tore into it we decided to go ahead and upgrade to a better band... well after a year of constant abuse, 15,000 miles, and a few bottles my clutches (which were in there from the previous builder, NOT KENNY) decided they had taken enough abuse and it started to slip, so I called Kenny up and he offered to fix it LABOR FREE. It doesn't get any better than his customer service, period. BTW, first time I ever met Kenny was at the last shoot out (LESS THAN A YEAR AGO), so don't go thinking that we are long time buddies and I'm sticking up for him because of that. I'm sticking up for him because he is a honest stand up guy.
