I have a 2005 z71 Crew Cab Silverado with a 5.3.
Got some pictures.
All i can figure that has done to it is Single In, duel out exhaust. Which i don't know what brand it is but by the sound of it i'd guess some kind of flowmaster muffler.
It has a K&N Airfilter.
