Have really bad bump steer on 3/4 drop using spindles and springs up front. Everything is new tie rods, ball joints, bushings, etc. What can be done to fix this? Heard about a kit to turn tie rods upside down? Steering stabilizer?

Has it been aligned?

Yes.
DJM sells the kit. You drill out the spindle and put in a tapered insert, this way you can flip the insert over and go back to stock. Just need to make sure wheels will clear.
