4l60e trouble shooting

Hi peeps need some advice on this diagnose my tranny problem I have a stock 4l60e and I'm assuming it's starting to go bad what it started doing since I got it back from getting the 5.3 swap from the 4.3 it shifts good.on low rpm but if I.go pass 3000rpms it.don't want to shift out of 3Rd like if it was on neutraneed.any tips on thisl
