I'm interested to see how the cam works out too. I was going to put one in a 350 before I decided to go the LS route.
Which one? I am assuming the mild one if you aren't concerned about a stall.

Engine looks damn good man. Good job on the detailing.
Painted the other side of the block today. I will probably paint the timing cover I just got in the mail and some other misc pieces in the next few days. I will probably install the cam and put the heads on within the next week.

Looks good so far man! Did a great job cleaning everything up. Let us know how the rest of it goes.

Heres a better pic of the block, looks kind of reddish under my garage lights but it is Chevy Orange

They always look so nice on a stand before they're dropped into the belly of the beast.

Wow, it's been awhile since I posted on my build thread. It's been a crazy year. Anyway, I've got alot done and it's almost ready. I am going to try and start it this week. I have added a few things and am getting excited. Heres what it looks like right now.

I am now in need of some LS1Tech support!
I have pretty much everything wired up. I want to confirm that I placed the MSD 12v wire and tach wire in the correct place and confirm if I am tapping into the correct wire to hotwire the fuel pump.
This is the old plug to the coil, it is a white wire and a red one. I ran the MSD to the red one and the yellow MSD tach wire to the white one.
Here is the fuel pump relay. Am I to run the same red coil hot wire to the Grey fuel pump wire?
