does anyone have some gm factory wire diagram 1988 c1500 starting to mess with the stock harness tonight?

I just used a Haynes repair manual when I did mine (1994 K2500) last week and weekend. The only thing I found was that some of the wire colors weren't exact but the overall diagram is supposed to cover from 88-98 obs trucks. Just be careful with the exact wire colors cuz different years had different colors. there's several diagrams in the back of the Haynes book that has the different years on them...

ya i got a chiltons manual but i didnt find the fire wall plug and what all the wires for for it to tell me lol

Oh... ur wanting pinouts for the ecm? :/ I haven't found any good places for those.... lol I just traced all mine down and removed what I knew I wouldn't need which is everything but alternator, AC, oil pressure and temp sender wiring. Everything else ill have to rig into my new harness... good luck finding pinouts for obs trucks... I looked for a while and just decided to dive in and so far I don't think I did too bad!!

Buddy of mine is doing an LS swap into a Lexus and said he found a bunch of diagrams on lt1swap.com. I haven't checked it out personally but it's a good place to start.
