Which pushrod diameter should I get?

I need to order some PR's and I keep seeing 5/16 and 3/8. Which ones should I get? Also, steel or chromoly? Price difference is only about $35 so I'm not too worried about that. I know I need them to be 7.35"

I'm using stock rocker arms until I get the funds for a roller set. Springs are PRC duals, Cam is TSP 228R, heads are 241's milled .03'. These are going in an Iron LS1 with about 11:1 CR.

If the 3/8 jive with the lifters and rockers use them. Chromoly are likely lighter. They use it because it can be just as strong with less material.

5/16 are plenty with your setup, some times with the 3/8 ones you have to clearance the head for them to fit plus you still have to run a 5/16 end on them for the lifters and rockers. also on the rockers id just do the trunion upgrade from harland sharp instead of dropping alot of coin on aftermarket rockers.

I meant full rollers to include tips. Not just the trunion. I Will more than likely be doing the trunion upgrade in the near future.
