    truck charging voltage too low truck did not want to start can i keep factory pulley

    What is the size of the alternator pulley you have?

    it is about half an inch bigger than stock

    Get the smaller alternator pulley if you want voltage, if you want power you need to go with the bigger alternator pulley, I just put the small one on my truck along with the Underdrive Pulley and it gave me a voltage boost. It has worked great and it is only like &#036;25 from summit racing. the bigger pulley will take more RPM&#39;s to charge your alternator, so if your idling you might have to REV your truck to keep it alive.

    its defective....ship the pulley my way and ill ship you a rollpan for your truck back
