Yup, those mods and a tune you're looking at 13.7-8 easy.
a guy running this cam with a extended cab 5.3 his best was a 13.8 with 342s

Truck ran a 15.2 yesterday at SAR on the heavy 22s....installing parts in the a.m

But with those parts id say a 13.7 all day too.. With smaller cam thats what I ran at sar, best was 13.69@101 and couple 13.7@100
