    got gears installed tonight, Ron do motives have a break in procedure? what is it?
    5.3 2wd upgrades: Nelson tune, stainless lt's, magnaflow, e-fans, msd's, cai.

    Hello, yes, all gears should go through a break in procedure. You will need to go on short trips (15-20 miles) then let them cool down. Avoid an long distance trips for the first couple hundred miles. No towing for the first 500 miles. The oil should be changed after the 500 mile break in period.

    Whats up Ron got a question on the value trac. Is it the same quality as the Detroit true trac. Any one else chime in if you have the value trac in your truck

    i was goona get a value trac for my truck but its not offered in a 28 spline, so got the Detroit trutrac. your axles are 30 spline it will work for you, rom told me its basically the same just different name.

    i had a 3.08 before. now with the new gears the truck feels lighter big difference.

    Thanks Ron how much for the valuetrac with 4.10s. I will be ordering 1 at the end of this month
