So for those of you who don't know, here is my setup:
-2003 Silverado 1500 (originally with 4.8 V8)
-6.0 LQ4 Swap
-STOCK 4l60e
-4.56 Gears, 35" Tires
-CST Long Travel
-Eaton Locker...
So here is my question, I am about to order a built 4l60e for this thing, because after 150k + miles the stock tranny is toast. What stall speed should I be looking into for the torque converter? I do mainly city driving, with quite a bit of off-road mixed in.
How will the truck feel to drive with a higher stall? What differences will I notice after driving?
Thanks!
