    6.0 swap. Runs..but only for a second

Hey guys got to the point of firing up my 6.0 in my 92. It cranks right up but only runs for a second. Is this just the vats? I knew i would need to get it re flashed but just wondering if anything else could cause it to shut off. Thanks in advance guys.

I had mine turned off before I ever tried to start it. I didn't want to chase an issue if it was just the vats

well i got the obd2 plug wired up today so hopefully i can get it fixed this week. I checked the fuel pressure today and the gauge was pegged out over 100 psi on the rail. Is this normal? I have a 2002 vette filter and walbro 255 inline with the returnless rails. I just put 12 volts to the pump. Im gonna wire in a relay and wire it to the ecm tomorrow.

You have something way wrong. Should be 58 at the rail with a vette filter.

Sounds like you may have the regulator plumbed backwards. The 3/8 line should be from the pump and the 5/16 returns to the tank. The end with only one fitting goes to the engine.
