    It's about time I

Introduce myself. If found the site about 8 months ago. I've been lurking around like a bad STD. Lol I have a 2003 chevy z71 5.3 with exhaust and that's it. I found the site when I had some problems with a knock. I ordered a new 5.3 and found out it was the converters knocking like they had a midget with a hammer inside. Now I have a new motor ready for a cam swap and a few other mods.
I've had the name skinny chicken for about 20 years. I know I will catch a little he'll for it but, bring it on lol. I will prob ask some stupid questions so feel free to let me know how stupid they are.
I live in Cleveland Texas. I work on large electric motors and generators on offshore platforms and ships. Feel free to shoot me home standby gen questions.

I was glad it was the converters. I don't drive the truck much so I just beat them out with a crowbar for now.
