What oil pump and timing chain set do you guy's recommend?

Hello, I am going to go ahead and change my timing chain set and gears, and also put on a new oil pump on my 03 6.0 with 31k miles, the only mod's are TSP 224R with their double spring's and hardened pushrod's. I have searched but everybody say's different thing's. On the oil pump I talking about Katech, Melling, TSP ported etc., and on the chain I know I have a heard a lot of bad thing's about rollmaster, so I won't be using their chain. Thanks for any info!

Does anyone know of a write up to porting and shimming a stock 6.0 pump?

Where have you seen reviews on this? I wonder if it is worth the extra $55 over the LS2 HD chain.

There are several on Peformance trucks.net and also some on a a corvette forum, From what I have read it's supposed to fit better that the LS2 chain, I have a new LS2 chain right now, and it still has a decent amount of slack, that was my main reason for shopping for a timing set.

just saying, lots of ppl run the stock chain/set, so do lots of builders, just depends on the setup i guess.

    A used stock chain or a new one? A new LS2 chain is 28 bucks. . .
