    Best Flush Mount Tool Box?

I'm looking for a flush mount toolbox for the bed of the truck. Black or aluminum doesn't really matter, although I've had experience with cheap black powdercoating on a previous Tradesman chipping off. I'm not looking to spend an arm and a leg, just looking for something to throw tools and a nitrous bottle in. My only real fear is getting one that doesn't open and close easily.

I'll look at it. I don't mind aluminum. That means no rust. I just dont want one that leaks, chips powdercoat/paint, and I want one that closes/opens easily.

There's one in the backroom at work that i've been eyeing for a while. itopens and closes good, and has what seem to be stable hydrolifts. it locks on both sides too i think.

I have just a cheapo aluminum husky from tractor supply ive had it 5 years now and it still works great the weather stripping on the inside started to fall out so i just got some more and replaced it. Its always opened and shut fine til i had a retard drop a large rock on it but the only thing that suffered was its kinda hard to open from the passenger side other then that ive been pleased with it over the years.

Home depot here has a nice Black diamond plated flushmount with nice shocks , keys and all for around $150 as well. I am thinking the same thing you are. Especially since I have a roll up bedcover
