Let me start off by saying I don't work for them or have any group affiliation to them I'm just a very happy customer. A little over a yr ago I bought a 4L65E LVL 5 from them and from start to finish they far exceeded my expectations for customer service and knowledge when I first place the order Andy went above and beyond to make me confident I was with the right company. then when I had questions about which tranny to go with many times I had Vince on the phone to sort out the right trans for me. Now all these things are what companies are supposed to do to make a sale but when you have a problem that's when you figure out the company your dealing with. About a month ago I had a beast reaction shell fail from a bad thermoweld from the factory it had NOTHING to do with FLT s craftsmanship or quality of parts. In fact when I had to split the tranny open every part they said was in there was in there and put in real clean to gap specs. So here is my point of all this when I figured put it was the reaction shell Andy had it mailed to him and he took care of getting reimbursed for the part and when I had a question in regards to the rebuild I had Vince on the phone at least a half a dozen times to help. Now after they sold me the tranny they didn't owe me nothing and when I had a problem that had nothing to do with them they stood behind me and their tranny no matter what until the problem was resolved. Good companies are a rare thing to see these days especially with this economy it's just honestly nice to know when you buy something from them whether it be there fault or not they are behind you one thousand percent
