Does that run it down to a returnless style setup? O r will I have to go back through and redo alot of lines?

Yes, the vette filter/regulator will work for you. You will have to do some adapting from your current lines to the quick fittings though since your existing lines have a threaded fitting. If you do use the non-referenced vette regulator, you MUST change the injector flow rate data in the tune to compensate. I know about 90% of people that do this don't make that change in the tune, so they are starting out with bad injector data.

You have three steel tubing lines coming out of your fuel tank. One is a vent line, that goes to your charcoal canister, up front, on the drivers side engine compartment, and then on to your engines intake. I cut my vent line, back near the tank, with a tubing cutter & slid a piece of small diameter hose over it(I think I used 1/4" I.D. hose), and threaded in a small hex-head bolt in the end of the hose. I later ran a longer piece of hose up to the gas fill door area, and put a cool little stainless screen air breather on it. I discarded my charcoal cannister & related tubing, but if you'd like, you can retain it all, its up to you. Your other two steel lines coming out of the tank, are 3/8", for the fuel feed...and a 5/16" line, for the return fuel line going back to the tank, from the original engine. Believe it or not, they really are metric size tubing, but the 3/8" & 5/16" sizing will fit perfect, when buying your fittings, and what everyone calls them. This goes for the engine fuel rail fuel supply(inlet) tubing as well, which is 3/8". You simply buy a '99 Corvette fuel filter/regulator at your favorite auto parts store, and run your two fuel supply/fuel return lines coming from the tank, into the back side of the Vette filter/regulator. Then you run a 3/8" line out the front of the filter, up to your engine. I installed the Vette filter in the exact same place as the old engines filter, on the inside of the drivers side frame rail. You can buy the tubing adapters for the filter & engine fuel rail connection, from Jeg's or Summit. I believe they are Russell brand. There are a couple other brands out there now, also. I used -6(3/8"), and -5(5/16") stainless steel braided hose & hose end fittings, but there are a couple other choices of hose/end fittings out there. I don't believe in cutting costs on my hose/fittings, when it comes to a 60 psi fuel system, but thats just me. The thought of being stuck on the side of the road, or the thought of a fire hazard, tells me to always spend the extra money on fuel related parts. Not to mention, I come from the hi-performance offshore powerboat manufacturing business, lol. Have any other fuel related questions about your truck, ask away. Like I said, I have the exact same truck & have done what your about to jump into.

Awesome! That sounds quite a bit easier than I figured it would be. But I definitely agree on the not skimping on parts that are crucial. More than likely will be asking alot more questions once I get this really going though haha
