    4l80E housing difference

How come in ebay when I search for a used 4l80e it groups the years 97 to 03 together?

Do the 97s and up use the same harness as the LS motors? I'm guessing yes to this

Do the 97s and up use the same housing? Im guessing no to this

Im just looking for the cheapest way to swap in a 4l80e for my LQ4 swap

I'm pretty sure all 80e's have he same bell housing, and I've used a '94 4l80 in my 2000 before so I'm pretty sure they are all the same, just the newer have updated internals
