    4L60e to 4L80e

    does anyone in the Houston area know anyone that does the swap? Im having a hard time finding someone

    Houston isn't that far from San Antonio. NP would probably do it.

    Why not do it yourself? It's just moving a crossmember, a new driveshaft, a little wiring, and a tune.... That is, unless you're talking about the AWD truck.

    but yea,it is on my AWD.im eliminating the AWD so that doesnt really matter

    If I recall, there is only a sensor and a couple of other wires that need changed.

    i decided im going to do it myself. only question i have is on my 60e tc it has 3 bolts and on the 80e tc thers six. will i have to get a custom tc? or change out the flywheel?

    You will need a flexplate and crank spacer. GMPP has a kit with everything included.
