03 w/4.3 to 5.3?

i am looking at buying a truck when i get back from the sandy hot oven. found one that i liked but is a v6, what would be needed to swap to a 5.3? ECU, wiring harness, engine, and new motor mounts is all i am thinking but not too sure if the v6 is located further back like my 91. i hade to grind bolts out and cut crossmember to mount the new motor mounts. don't really want to have to do all that, anyone got words of wisdom?

Nope it's impossible. Can't be done, everyone who has tried to do it has failed, myself included.
