also from what they are saying is your going to have two runs and then they will make up classes with all the trucks in that time range.

we are a weekend away from the big event. we have about 50+ lightnings attending the shootout. we need a good show of chevy trucks to show us what ya got
for once there is a truck shoot out around my nighborhood and i have to go outta town for family christmas that weekend...fml lol

flaco what happened to your white truck?i missed the first pass they said you went 9.1. then the black truck let out when racing caseys turbo lightning. for all the chevy guys street driven no roll bar home built ol ford pickup truck went 8.87 at 151 congrats to casey
leaf spring rear end? Pretty respectable time but where are all the safety features that belong in that truck? It makes no sense what so ever to build a truck that fast and not put all the proper safety provisions in it.

caseys truck has stock suspension other than long bars and QA-1s race shocks to my knowledge and from what i seen today. yea he really needs a cage but that makes it even better to look like a plain stock lightning from outside
Did he get to make more than one run? Respectable tracks would not have even let him make the first pass if the potential was there for him to run that fast without the NRHA/AHRA mandated safety equipment. Congrats to him for his times now go knock some sense into his head.
